Terms and Conditions of Sale

Basic Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the parties of the Sale contract, where on one side figures the company RAYFILM s.r.o., Otická 109, 746 01 Opava, Otická 109, 746 01 Opava, IČ: 25859706, DIČ: CZ25859706 as the seller (hereinafter referred to as a "Seller") and on the other side, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

Contract

The Buyer can close a contract by placing goods into their cart, selecting shipping and payment options and placing an order. When the contract is concluded, the Seller immediately confirms the order by sending an informative email to the mentioned email address of the Buyer. The goods will be delivered according the the terms of delivery.

Terms of delivery

We usually send out the ordered goods within 3 business days after we receive the payment. If the package returns because it's undeliverable, and the customer requires it to be sent again, we charge a double price for shipping.

Delivery options

Personal Pick-up

It's possible to pick-up the goods at the RAYFILM store. We will contact you by an email or a phone to get you detailed information about the offtake.

PPL (for the Czech Republic)

The goods will be delivered the next business day after the dispatch to the address you filled in the registration form. The shipping price depends on the weight of the goods.

DPD (outsid the Czech Republic)

The goods will be within 3 - 7 business days after the dispatch to the address you filled in the registration form. The shipping price depends on the weight of the goods.

Payment options

Cash on delivery

The carrier collects cash from a customer. The Buyer pays the extra postal fee.

Cash

Available only with personal pick-up delivery option.

Bank Transfer

In advance via bank transfer. Pro-forma invoice will be sent to you email address.

Returning the goods

We are fully responsile for defects in manufacture and damages caused during the delivery. The Buyer is obliged to check at the time of the delivery together with the carrier the state of the consignment (number of parcels, the integrity of the tape, damage to the box).The Buyer is entitled to refuse receipt of the consignment, which is not in accordance of the sale contract in a way that the consignment is incomplete or damaged.

An incomplete or damaged consignment must be announced immediately by email or phone. Address and person responsible for reclamations

Privacy Policy

The Seller declares that all personal information is confidential, will be used only for the purposes of the execution of the contract and marketing events, and will not be otherwise published, disclosed to any third person etc. with an exception of the situation related to the distribution or payment relating to ordered goods (mentioning of the name and the delivery address).
